I just got back from visiting our new Toronto office. Over in Toronto, we're known as CanadianInternships.ca . I had a couple days in the city, I got to meet our local staff members and also some of our students there. Here's the view of our office from down the street - we're on the second floor:
The office looks 'ok' from outside - but from inside, it's really impressive:
I spent all my time downtown in meetings, so I wasn't able to take any good photos of the city skyline - this is about as close as I got - the CN tower and financial district from a taxi on the highway:
Unlike Vancouver, they were well into fall there, all the leaves were turning, it was beautiful:
I liked the flags in this picture. This is the portico of First Canadian Place - Canada's tallest skyscraper.
Naturally, I visited a lot of schools, here's one of them:
And here's the best thing about Toronto - very cheap, very good street hot dogs:
Our Toronto staff is busy with placements, but hopefully we'll get them to put a blog post up soon. All in all it was a good trip, I'm really looking forward to traveling there more, now that the office is open.
